Erna was such a wonderful resource for us as first-time parents. She took the time to really listen to our needs, answer all of our questions, and help us navigate the logistics of finding the right care. The candidates she introduced us to were excellent, and we felt supported throughout the process. Her last-minute care services have also been invaluable when we’ve needed help unexpectedly. Erna was absolutely wonderful with our 14-month-old daughter. I’d never felt comfortable leaving her with anyone outside of family before, but Erna immediately put me at ease.
